Microwave up-tempering

Within minutes our microwave technology is capable of rapidly up-tempering both raw materials and finished retail packs from a frozen state to chilled. This unique technology is highly successful with many products ranging from chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, pork and fish; through to bread, cakes, soups, vegetables and party foods.
