Husband and wife Rick and Pam Bestwick formed Rick Bestwick Ltd over 35 years ago, originally to process and supply Wild Game. They created an extremely successful business supplying to major retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers across the UK and Europe.
It was quickly realised that there was a definite shortage of Coldstore operators who actually understood and appreciated the needs of the food manufacturers especially the relationship between themselves and the major retailers. This led to the building of our first purpose built public coldstore in 1998. Since then we have invested over £10 million in purpose built facilities with future expansion planned.
